Moulds

We manufacture most of the equipment and moulds needed for production in-house, minimizing production costs while ensuring consistently high quality and total control over the process.

Our design office is equipped with advanced 3D CAD software to assist clients during the challenging phases of study and prototyping of new products. The mechanical workshop produces equipment and moulds using a 3-axis machining center and a lathe. Most of the special screws and metal inserts for rubber-to-metal bonding are made in our mechanical workshop.

For specialized processes such as laser cutting and metal stamping, we rely on Italian companies that have demonstrated high-quality standards over the years.
